When I first got on the net back in 1995 or
so.... I did some searching on the net for articles concerning animation
instruction. To my surprise I found one, maybe two, very sparce sites. This
lil page is a response to that! Animation teachers are hard to find unless
you happen to live near a studio. By putting techniques and articles up
here I'm attempting to reach hopefull animators that otherwise might not
have any access to this kind of information. If you've come here, chances
are you're interested in learning animation as well! This page focuses mainly
on traditional hand drawn character animation techniques, but much of it
is applicable to computer animation too! Please keep in mind, that I'm a
student, and am not affiliated with Disney or any other animation studio.
Anything in these pages are simply some suggestions and techniques I've
found helpfull.
