Where can I find patterns to make clothes?
There are some patterns that we've archived here. Also you can find offsite free patterns sites in our link section. Also try for sale, Affordable Designs. They have MSD, SD and SD13.
You can find some SD pattern books on Volks site for sale.
Here's a list of books that have included SD type patterns:

What about body measurements?
Body Measurements- basic measurements of MSD, SD, SD13 and U-Noss for reference. Also, you can try this Japanese measurement database (that includes Cerberus Project, Volks, AngelRegion and Customhouse, etc. Measurements on it are in CM) Also this DD/SD/SD13 database on the same site.
Also try Den of Angels' growing database of detailed
doll measurements (Volks as well as most other ABJD included) and also try
this
extensive thread on the forums with measurements of many popular dolls.
Please keep in mind, however, that sewing clothing for dolls without having
the actual doll can be problematic.
