Debut: Jane Austen Evening 2011
I made this Saree Regency Evening dress using the Regency Draping class for CGW which was specifically for draping using Indian saree fabric. I bought the silk saree in Artesia’s Little India. I made the dress in about a week or two, rushing to make the Jane Austen Evening January 2011 at Pasadena Masonic Hall with my friend bauhausfrau (who helped me drape it!)
The reticule was made using this pattern.
The shoes are also from Little India.
