I just got some awesome skirts in the mail from taobao shop ARTKA. On me they are kinda Rapunzel-length which is fine by me. The red and purple one has HUGE POCKETS of awesomeness.
Artka has lots of really interesting clothing which comes in one color, one size, but some have elastic waists, etc. You can use a shopping service to buy from them. You can find some links to shopping services at the bottom of this egl article.
