Greek Myth Fabric Chloris Nymph of Spring and Flowers

Hey, everyone! This week’s fabric design from me is a Greek Mythology design, Chloris. “As she talks, her lips breathe spring roses.” Chloris is a nymph of spring, growth and flowers. The rose is based on one from a Rhodian coin. I really like deep green lately for clothing, so that was part of the inspiration, also, for this design.

She has previously worked on “The Simpsons” and various animation projects for Warner Bros. and Walt Disney Animation. Aimee wrote and illustrated a book about her trip to Japan, called, “Japan Ai: A Tall Girl’s Adventures in Japan. “ She is writes and illustrates for various Japanese fashion and manga publications. Aimee is also an award winning hobbyist costumer.
