Summer Maiko
Debuted: Anime Expo 2007
Most of the parts of this costume were bought. But finding items that are relatively accurate to what a real maiko (apprentice geisha) would wear is hard! It took me a long time to prepare this outfit, but even in these photos, it’s not completely accurate. Maybe someday! I loved dressing as a maiko, though!
