Meatball Head Sailor Moon Art Show at Meltdown Comics

Meatball Head Sailor Moon Art Show at Meltdown Comics

I was really happy to be part of the Meatball Head Sailor Moon Art Show at Nerdmelt Showroom – Meltdown Comics this past weekend curated by Nico Colaleo! Thanks, Nico!

My new original piece for the show was of Serenity and the Moon Kingdom, “Moon Kingdom Dream”. I wanted to do a romantic piece with lots of little details. The roses and the Moon Kingdom took so long to do! This was done with COPIC markers, white prismacolor pencil and white and gold Sakura gel pen. It doesn’t show up well in photos but there are a lot of little gold details on the Moon Kingdom and Serenity’s dress. I customized a frame with Sailor Moon wands, roses and pearls.
If you’re interested in purchasing it, please contact Meltdown!
