Star Wars Dress – Washi Dress

Star Wars Dress – Washi Dress

I liked this Washi Dress pattern from Made By Rae so much that I made two dresses with it in the same week! This is my Washi Star Wars Dress made out of a vintage twin Star Wars sheet I’ve had in my stash for a while.  I had just enough scraps left over from this dress to make two twin baby Geranium dresses, too. I’ll show you those later when I have a chance to take more photos. I’m posing with the resin Han Solo blaster I made for my husband.

Note, since I’m taller and didn’t want an underbust empire shape on my dress I added 1 1/2″ to the length of the bodice, lowered the bust dart by about an inch and added about 1 1/2″ to the hem of the dress.

Would you ever allow someone to place an order for a beautiful dress like that?
A xx

I’m sorry, I don’t take sewing commissions due to lack of time. You might be able to find someone to make you something similar on etsy? Goodluck!
